An eloquent four bedroomed Victorian house in the heart of the desirable Devon seaside town of Combe Martin, The Elms is a highly sought after holiday cottage but currently has good availability for the 2013 summer period. Situated on the north Devon coast, you’ll be just a mile’s pleasant walk from the beaches of Combe Martin and perfectly poised to discover the local area’s shops, pubs and restaurants. Devon is also popular for surfers and The Elms features a utility room ideal for drying wetsuits and storing surfboards.
With its four bedrooms, The Elms can comfortably accommodate eight guests. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one of which is found in the brilliantly converted attic of the house which makes an great children or teenager den. There’s plenty of outside space including a patio, lawns and a well kept garden. The well equipped kitchen features all the usual appliances you’d expect and there are both a bathroom and shower room at The Elms. The large outside space also allows for parking for four cars and linen and towels are provided.
A separate dining room and a spacious sitting room are to be found on the ground floor with a television and outstanding views across Devon’s countryside. Unfortunately pets aren’t allows at The Elms but they do allow short breaks and have a Saturdy turn around for week long bookings. There is a set of table and chairs outside but the terraced patio may be hazardous for unaccompanied children.
